NOTICE is hereby given that The Town of Lakewood Village will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday May 14, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at Lakewood Village Town Hall, 100 Highridge Drive, Lakewood Village, Texas. The purpose of this meeting is to allow citizens an opportunity to be heard, either for or against the following:
A request for a change in the zoning classification from Single Family Residential District 5 to Planned Development (PD)for property identified as being Denton CAD ID 177293, Abstract No. 339A C.C. DICKSON, TR 1(L), 3.961 ACRES ; and being an approximate 3.9610-acre tract of land situated in Denton County, Texas generally located at the intersection of Eldorado Parkway and Lakewood Village Drive.
All persons interested in the above-referenced matter are invited to attend the public hearing and to provide their comments and/or evidence at that time.
